One of my favorite snacks is cut apples with sea salt. What could be more simple! And you can make the leftovers into a special treat...Next time...

Several years ago I read a book about enzymes, and it occurred to me that some of my health problems and weight issues were directly connected to a lack of enzymes. I made an effort to eat more and more raw foods, and I found that this way of life appealed to me in more ways than one!
